FSB Vision:

The Fiscal Support Bureau is committed to providing reliable financial and support

FSB Goals:

1. Provide fiscal oversight to DLI divisions from a department-wide perspective that supports a common vision, leverages expertise, and maximizes the department's financial opportunities.
2. Facilitate long-term financial planning.
3. Provide accurate and meaningful financial information that meets the needs of division staff.
4. Plan a safety net to cover brain drain in FSB, CSD and other divisions.
5. Continually improve communications within FSB, between FSB and other CSD bureaus, and between FSB and other divisions.
6. Identify and leverage internal expertise through the use of an individual marketing plan, structural Bureau overview, staff development, cross training, new employee training, hiring tough, improved customer focus, understanding the core values, and supporting the FSB vision.
